الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين، وعلى آله وأصحابه أجمعين. أما بعد:

It is with gratitude to Allah سبحانه وتعالى that we present the official page of Darul Ifta Wal Qaza, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Darul Ifta Wal Qaza is established to serve the Muslim Ummah by preserving and conveying the authentic teachings of Islam through the light of the Qur'an, the Sunnah, Ijma' (consensus), and Qiyas (analogical reasoning) in accordance with the methodology of the pious predecessors and the scholarship of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah.

The objectives of this institution include:

• Issuing authentic and responsible Fatwas on matters of Islamic belief, worship, transactions, family affairs, and contemporary issues.
• Providing Islamic Qaza (Shariah arbitration) with justice, impartiality, and compassion in accordance with the principles of the Sacred Law.
• Promoting sound Islamic knowledge and nurturing adherence to the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
• Serving the community through religious guidance, education, reconciliation, and moral reform.

Through this official platform, we shall, In shā' Allāh, publish authentic Fatwas, beneficial Islamic reminders, scholarly articles, announcements, and educational content for the benefit of the Muslim community in Nepal and beyond.

We humbly request our respected brothers and sisters to support this noble effort with their sincere du'as, constructive cooperation, and by sharing beneficial knowledge with others.

We pray that Allah سبحانه وتعالى accepts this humble service, grants sincerity in every effort, protects us from error, and makes this institution a means of guidance, justice, and benefit for the Ummah.
